When The owner asked if I wanted to go ahead and purchase the home, it was listed at $515K in Southern California. Well, that was about 6-7 months ago, today that home is listed at right around $365k. Thank God I said no =) I just thought I'd look for a little public applause for thankfully saying no, when I had no idea what could have happened to me if I would have said yes.
