It&#039;s worth it in the long run to just do things the right way the first time.  It will save you time, money and could even result in even better business opportunities in the future.  Take advantage of the current state of the real estate market, but do it wisely and within your financial means!</description>

		<description>You are absolutely right Katie. Not only does everything need to be fixed, but homes really need to be staged in this market. I think that buyers have to feel that the house is clean and move in ready. You also make a great point about keeping your receipts. Flipping a house should be seen as a business. You have to take it very seriously.</description>
